冬季低温加快环氧地坪漆原材料干燥的方法
冬季低温下进行环氧地坪漆原材料施工会使得环氧地坪漆的固化时间加长,也会让每个涂层之间施工时长拉大,还会影响到环氧地坪漆原材料上那一层薄薄漆膜的干燥情况,因为在环氧地坪施工中,漆膜分为多个步骤浇筑涂刷,每一步都需要等到自然干燥固化成膜后在进行下一步施工,且漆膜的干燥时间与整个施工工程息息相关。那么有没有什么办法是可以让环氧地坪漆施工中的漆膜干燥时间加快呢?

So is there any way to speed up the drying time of the paint film in the floor paint construction? 在环氧地坪漆原材料施工时固化成膜的温度需要在10℃和35℃之间,如果气温低于5℃就会出现环氧地坪漆原材料固化慢,甚至不能固化的情况,相反的如果温度高于40℃就会出现还没有进行施工就开始出现固化成膜的现象,让地坪表面流平性变差,表面也粗糙不堪。因为有经验的施工师傅在进行环氧地坪漆原材料施工时会相应的把控好气温,在过低的温度下施工可以采用设备提供暖气。

室内施工环境的湿度也是影响环氧地坪漆原材料时漆膜干燥的原因,施工时室内湿度不超过85%,它的涂膜更容易干燥尽量让室内通风,自然干燥,相反当相对湿度大于85%时,漆膜表面会出现泛白,裂纹和剥落的情况,所以当室内湿度过大时,要充分利用大气中的水分进行固化,在气候干燥的时候又要采用相应的措施给空气加湿才能进行正常固化。
