各种环氧地坪的施工，如果处理不好的话，地面会有水分存在，很多人不知道为什么地面会有水，你知道地面有水的话对整体的地面施工有怎么样的影响吗?其实地面基层有水分的存在，对我们的施工是不利的，环氧地坪漆施工害怕地面的含有水分。所以施工前一定要处理好地面水分问题，施工前根据地面含水分情况做出一份处理的方案。具体如下：

Specifically as follows: 混凝土含水率应小于9%，否则应排除水分后方可进行涂装。排除水分的方法有以下几种：

The moisture content of concrete should be less than 9%. Otherwise, the water content should be excluded before coating. There are several ways to remove moisture:

a)通风：加强空气循环，加速空气流动，带走水分，促进混凝土中水分进一步挥发。

A) Ventilation: Enhance air circulation, accelerate air flow, take away moisture, and promote further volatilization of moisture in concrete.

b)加热：提高混凝土及空气的温度，加快混凝土中水份迁移到表层的速率，使其迅速蒸发，宜采用强制空气加热或辐射加热。直接用火源加热时生成的燃烧产物(包括水)，会提高空气的雾点温度，导致水在混凝土上凝结，故不宜采用。

B) Heating: Increase the temperature of concrete and air, accelerate the rate of moisture migration to the surface of concrete, and make it evaporate rapidly. It is advisable to use forced air heating or radiation heating. The combustion products (including water) produced by direct heating with fire source will increase the temperature of air fog point and cause water to condense on concrete, so it is not suitable to use them.

c)降低空气中的露点温度：用脱水减湿剂、 环氧树脂地板漆除湿器或引进室外空气(引进室外空气露点低于混凝土表面及上方的温度)等方法除去空气中的水汽。

C) Reducing dew point temperature in air: dehydrating dehumidifier, epoxy floor paint dehumidifier or introducing outdoor air (introducing outdoor air dew point lower than concrete surface and above the temperature) and other methods to remove water vapor in air.

1.中涂层

1. medium coating

①施工前需要保持干净如有杂物粘附需清除依照正确 比例将主剂及硬化剂混合，充分搅拌;

(1) Before construction, it is necessary to keep clean. If debris adheres, it is necessary to remove and mix the main agent and hardening agent according to the correct proportion and mix them fully.

②将混合完成的树脂适量加入石英砂;

(2) Quartz sand should be added to the mixed resin.

③使用镘刀将材料均匀涂布;

(3) Apply the material evenly with a trowel knife;

④混合完成材料需30分钟以内施工完成;

(4) It takes less than 30 minutes to complete the construction of the mixed materials.

⑤施工交接处做好交接处理;

(5) Handover treatment should be done at the construction handover site;

⑥中涂层养生硬化时间约8小时以上。

2.素地处理

①基础素地以水泥粉光面或磨石地为准;

②素地需养生28天以上，水份需8%以下方可施工素地如有不平或空鼓需加以除去;

(2) The vegetable land should be kept in good health for more than 28 days, and the water content should be less than 8% before it can be removed if there is unevenness or empty drum in the construction of the vegetable land.

③用环氧砂浆补平地面;

(3) Leveling the ground with epoxy mortar;

④素地之油污需澈底清洗干净;

(4) Oil contamination of plain land should be cleaned thoroughly.

⑤施工前需保持施工素地之干燥和清洁;

(5) Keep the construction site dry and clean before construction;

3.底涂层

3. bottom coating

①施工前需保持干净如有杂物粘附需清除依照正确比例将主剂及硬化剂混合，充分搅拌;

②需视地面情况调整适当粘度混合完成材料需4小时以内施工完成;

③底涂层养生硬化时间约8小时以上。

4.批土层
