（1）对基层进行粗糙化处理。基层粗糙化处理可显著提高黏结强度。

（2）彻底干燥基层。混凝土含水率越高，黏结强度越低。因而，对基层进行彻底干燥处理有利于提高涂层和基层的黏结强度。
