环氧地坪漆基层的检查与预处理方法

基层是环氧地坪漆涂料的基础,要进行详细检查与分析,以确定其处理措施。(1)测量抗压强度。工业环氧地坪漆的抗压强度不应低于24MPa,为满足某些承重要求,还可能需要更高的强度,应使用回弹仪进行强度测量,或取芯块实测抗压强度。

The base layer is the basis of epoxy floor paint. Detailed inspection and analysis are needed to determine the treatment measures. (1) measuring compressive strength. The compressive strength of industrial epoxy floor paint should not be less than 24 MPa. In order to meet some important requirements, it may need higher strength, it is necessary to use rebound meter to measure the strength, or take core to measure the compressive strength.

(2)确定黏结强度。混凝土基层表面几毫米厚度内通常是水泥浆形成的低强度层。因水泥水化反应导致的收缩,温度变化或荷载的反复作用等产生的应力,会导致黏结强度降低。黏结强度不应低于1.5MPa。

(2) determine bond strength. The surface of concrete base is usually a low strength layer formed by cement slurry within a few millimeters of thickness. The stress caused by shrinkage, temperature change or repeated action of load caused by hydration reaction of cement will lead to the decrease of bond strength. Bonding strength should not be lower than 1.5MPa.

(3)基层含水率。只有在水泥基层含水率不大于6%的情况下才能进行涂料的施工,所以含水率的测量尤为重要。确定基层含水率的最佳方法是塑料薄膜覆盖实验法,即将至少1mX1m的聚乙烯薄膜用胶带封粘在混凝土面上,待至少24小时后,根据塑料薄膜上出现冷凝水的数量确定含水率。

(3) moisture content at the basic level. Only when the moisture content of cement base is not more than 6%, can the coating be applied, so the measurement of moisture content is particularly important. The best method to determine the moisture content of the base course is the plastic film covering experiment method, that is, at least 1mX1m polyethylene film is sealed on the concrete surface with tape, and after at least 24 hours, the moisture content is determined according to the amount of condensate water appearing on the plastic film.

(4)环境温度。忽略施工环境温度因素可导致环氧地坪漆的质量缺陷,例如黏结强度降低、水印、空洞、不规则表面及硬化不兖分等。因此,对于环境温度(气温)、基层表面的温度、露点温度等数所数据,在施工中必须每天测量数次。

(4) ambient temperature. Ignoring the temperature factors of construction environment can lead to quality defects of epoxy floor paint, such as lower bond strength, watermarking, voids, irregular surface and hardening. Therefore, the environmental temperature (air temperature), the surface temperature of the base, dew point temperature and other data must be measured several times a day in the construction.

(5)基层清理。对于油脂、机油或有机酸、无机酸或水泥浆所引起的污染,如果不进行彻底清除,将影响环氧地坪漆涂料层的黏结性能。因此地,必须用机械方法清理表面,并通过测定黏结强度进行检查

(5) grass-roots clean-up. For oil, oil or organic acid, inorganic acid or cement slurry pollution, if not thoroughly removed, will affect the bonding performance of epoxy floor paint coating. Therefore, the surface must be cleaned by mechanical means and checked by measuring the bond strength.
