众所周知，环氧地坪的主要成分是环氧树脂，在施工过程中，环境因素的变化与添加剂的使用等，都会对环氧地坪漆的特性产生一定的影响，从而可能会导致环氧地坪无光泽的现象，那么我们如何在施工时提前预防使环氧地坪保持光泽呢？环氧地坪的施工技术和施工前的准备是造成失光的主要原因，养成规范的施工技术，考量施工环境要求和严格按照标准施工流程操作就可以大大减少环氧地坪漆施工完毕后出现失光的现象。

As we all know, epoxy resin is the main component of epoxy flooring. In the construction process, changes in environmental factors and the use of additives will have a certain impact on the characteristics of epoxy flooring paint, which may lead to the phenomenon of glossless epoxy flooring. So how can we prevent the gloss of epoxy flooring in advance? The construction technology of epoxy floor and preparation before construction are the main reasons for the loss of light. Formation of standard construction technology, consideration of construction environment requirements and strict operation in accordance with the standard construction process can greatly reduce the phenomenon of loss of light after the completion of construction of epoxy floor paint. 1) 施工场地的湿度不宜太大，挥发性漆的涂膜容易吸收水分而导致最终环氧地坪效果发白，所以施工时的相对湿度不能超过85%。

1) The humidity of the construction site should not be too high. The film of volatile paint is easy to absorb moisture, resulting in the final whitening effect of epoxy flooring, so the relative humidity during construction can not exceed 85%.

2) 在添加稀释剂时控制其用量，不宜添加过多。还需要避免煤油这一类高沸点的溶剂。

2) When adding diluent, the dosage should be controlled, and it is not appropriate to add too much diluent. Kerosene, a kind of solvent with high boiling point, should also be avoided.

3) 施工前，先将地面充分处理干净，尤其是一些不起眼的细小粉尘、酸、碱、油、蜡质和水分等物质。

4) 环氧环氧地坪施工时应控制颜料的含水量，在施工中避免混入水分，保持场地完全干燥。

5) 施工时将地面先用腻子填平，打磨，再涂底漆封锁。因为当地面表层多孔或粗糙时，直接涂底漆会影响整体美观，未涂底漆的环氧环氧地坪也会发生失光现象。

6) 根据施工场地的用途，选择相对应的抗化伤机能与耐候性能的涂料。
