施工环氧地坪漆要求水泥基础地面的强度在C25以上，如果基础地面的状况良好，无起砂等现象，那么环氧底漆的用量大约在0.15-0.3kg/㎡。如果地面强度不好，如果按照原本的地坪漆用量来施工，环氧地坪的质量就无法得到保证，在地坪走叉车火放置重物的时候，极大几率环氧地坪就可能会连同环氧地坪基面一起被压陷拉裂。

如果地坪漆施工时基面强度低，但又没有涂布足够的环氧地坪底漆增加环氧地坪基面强度，则环氧地坪质量较差，如果地坪上有叉车等重物时，环氧地坪就可能会连同水泥基面一起被压陷拉裂。所以在施工环氧地坪时，一定要保证底漆的涂布量足够。如果地面整体强度过低，则可重新浇筑一层强度足够的混凝土层，避免环氧地坪底漆的大量使用大幅增加施工成本。
