1 施工步骤

1. Construction steps

(1)批补：中涂后用砂纸将环氧地坪打磨，并用水性环氧涂料(中涂)与石英粉配成的腻子依实际需要施工数道，要求达到平整无孔洞，无批刀印及砂磨印为准

(2)底涂：将混凝土基材处理完毕并清理干净后就可进行底涂(辊涂或刷涂)，辊涂或刷涂应均匀，厚薄一致，该底涂具有一定的透水气功能，能增强基材强度并增加涂层对基材的附着力。

(4)面涂：用辊筒将水性环氧地坪涂料面涂辊二道，完工后要求整体地面光泽柔和、洁净、颜色均一、无空鼓

(5)养护：面层实干需要24小时，在这期间应进行封闭，以免影响表面洁净光滑的效果。3天后方可上人，完工保养7天后方可正式投入使用(以25℃为准，低温时开放时间需适度延长)。

(5) Maintenance: It takes 24 hours for the surface to be dry. During this period, it should be closed to avoid affecting the effect of clean and smooth surface. 水性环氧地坪漆施工注意事项：

1、控制兑水量。水性环氧地坪漆面漆兑水量过大会引起抗划伤性、光泽度等性能下降。

1. Control the amount of water added. Excessive water addition of waterborne epoxy flooring varnish will cause scratch resistance and gloss deterioration.

2、材料使用。水性环氧地坪漆的底漆、面漆应在规定时间内用完，一旦超过该时间段，涂料变稠后不可加水稀释再用。

2. Material use. Primers and topcoats of waterborne epoxy floor paints should be used up within the prescribed time. Once they exceed that time period, the paint can not be diluted with water and reused.

3、环境。在温度低于10℃或下雨天不建议施工。

4、使用干燥工具。施工水性环氧地坪漆的辊筒、刷子等工具需无明水。建议辊筒采用短毛辊筒。

2 施工准备

a、将地面水泥砂浆剔凿并清扫干净，地面如有油脂类杂质，须用溶剂擦拭干净
