（2）处理设备：自吸尘地面磨削机、真空吸尘器等。

（3）要求：达到地面坚实，无砂眼，窝洞。同时要求干燥，清洁，无浮尘，油污，水泥砂粒等杂物。

（4）工序：采用地面磨削机整体打磨一遍---吸尽灰尘----修补大的窝洞，凹陷及裂痕。对于旧环氧地坪漆，如旧漆层附着不牢，需采用地面铣刨机整体去除旧漆层（1mm厚度以下旧漆层可采用金刚削刀处理），因处理本钱高，如客户一要求不整体去除漆层，则只去除松动旧涂层，去除表面油污及杂物。
