环氧地坪目前在国内是比较火的，在很多场合我们都可以看到它，很多工厂企业也在使用，其优点很多，影响环氧地坪的好坏有很多，下面我们就来给大家介绍下。1、基层平整度及强度不符合施工要求。施工基层应平整、粗糙、清除浮尘，强度应到达C20以上，并干净、密实。由于环氧树脂涂料的成膜不是很厚，平整度直接影响环氧树脂自流平地坪的施工质量。强度不高、密实度不够，造成基层本身就存在很多空隙，很容易吸潮、吸附空气，同时也是基层含水率高的原因之一，所以控制基层质量的好坏应摆在首位。

2、混凝土基层含水率高。环氧树脂自流平地坪基层含水率不得大于9%，否则，水气释出，会造成涂膜鼓起。
